1 To qualify as a returning seasonal vendor, you must have participated as a Seasonal Vendor in 2025.
Vendors are required to be insured to attend the Prescott Farmers' and Crafters' Market.
You must either provide a copy of your Certificate of Insurance listing the Town of Prescott or opt-in to the Town of Prescott's insurance for Vendors for $5 per market.

I confirm that I have read the Prescott Farmers’ & Crafters’ Market Vendor Application Guide and I will comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal requirements. I understand that submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and that acceptance of payment does not confirm participation.
I understand that the Market is curated and that my products may be reviewed to confirm they meet Market standards. I understand that the Town of Prescott, through the Market Clerk, may determine that products are not eligible and may restrict or end participation where requirements are not met.
I understand that, if approved, I am responsible for my operations and activities at the Market, and I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Town of Prescott from claims, demands, losses, costs, or damages arising from my participation, including the acts or omissions of my employees, contractors, or agents.
I confirm that I will carry $2,000,000 commercial general liability insurance naming the Town of Prescott as Additional Insured, and I will provide a valid insurance certificate prior to attending my first Market day (or I will request Town-provided vendor insurance where available, subject to any exclusions and fees).
I understand that, if approved, I will be required to follow the Vendor Operating Terms & Rules issued by the Town, the applicable by-law, and any relevant public health guidance (including Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit requirements where applicable), as well as any day-of instructions provided by the Market Clerk.
